Information used by the Academy
When you create an account, the Academy receives your secure account identifier, email address, and chosen display name. The app also stores the information needed to provide your courses, progress, certificates, orders, notification choices, Sewing Circle activity, and private support requests.
Passwords and payment details
Linda & Evie’s Academy does not see or store your password. Sign-in security is handled by Supabase Auth using encrypted connections. When real payment processing is activated, payment-card details will be handled by the approved payment provider and will not be stored in the Academy database.
How information is used
Information is used to give you access to purchases, save learning progress, issue certificates, show order history, deliver notifications, operate The Sewing Circle, answer support requests, and keep the app secure.
Sharing and public activity
Your account and support requests are private. Questions and replies you choose to post in The Sewing Circle can be visible to other registered members. The Academy does not sell customer information.
Your choices
You can change your preferred Academy name, choose notification categories, and request help through the private Support Center. Contact support if you need help correcting or removing account information.
